Standard cleaning, questions and answers
What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?+
Standard thoroughly cleans every visible surface, plus limescale and buildup in key areas. Deep Clean goes a step further, it includes the inside of the oven and fridge, and cleaning the balcony.
How long does a standard clean take?+
For a smaller apartment (up to 65 m²) it's usually 6 to 7 hours of work, depending on whether one or two team members come. Larger apartments take longer, in proportion to the size.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?+
Yes, we come with all the equipment and professional cleaning supplies. You don't need to prepare anything in advance.
Does Standard include the inside of the fridge and oven?+
No, those are add-ons you choose when booking. If you need them too, it's simpler to choose Deep Clean directly, which already includes them in the price.
